Covid-19 Pandemic Protocols

General Protocols & Policies

Everyone must observe and maintain social distancing and remain 2 meters (6ft) away from people when possible. If you are unable to maintain social distancing, masks are recommended.  

We have hand sanitizer stations available for public use in our fuel dock, store, restaurant, and laundry room.

Common areas, and high-touch areas in our store, restaurant, laundry room, and fuel dock are cleaned and disinfected regularly.

Marina Protocols & Policies

Everyone must observe and maintain social distancing and remain 2 meters (6ft) away from people when possible.

Please refrain from shaking hands with dock attendants and resort employees.

When walking up and down the dock, step aside to let people pass you, by stepping onto a finger or behind a station. 

Make sure to keep dock pathways clear so people can pass by each other safely.

 

Foreign Vessels

All passengers and crew must remain onboard their vessel.

If you require supplies, please write a list of what you need and inform the dock attendant, and allow them to take down credit card details for payment. They will organize and deliver the supplies you need by leaving them by your boat, so you can pick them up without making personal contact.

Additionally, we would be more than happy to deliver food from Cedar Post Inn down to your vessel. Please inform a dock attendant, and they will bring a menu down to you, and take your order, delivery time, and credit card details for payment.

Fuel payments through the window as per usual protocol. While fueling please maintain social distancing of 2 meters (6ft). 

If you are a foreign vessel and must remain on the dock overnight, please request that you are moored are well away from other vessels. 

 

Fuel Dock

We disinfect high-touch areas after each customer/use and have a hand sanitizer station for customer use at our window.

The fuel shed is an employee-only area.  Please observe this rule and complete all transactions through the window.

Water Taxi Protocols & Policies

Everyone must observe and maintain social distancing protocols and remain 2 meters (6ft) away from people when possible.

Hand sanitizer is available on all vessels for operator and customer use.  

Avoid touching your face. If you need to cough or sneeze, do so into your elbow and wash/sanitize your hands immediately afterward.

We disinfect high-touch areas after each customer use. 

Do not shake hands with passengers or vessel operators.

Wash or sanitize your hands after loading or unloading your vessel of gear and baggage.

Charters are limited to one party at a time.  Shared or scheduled rides are not currently offered.

Store Protocols & Policies

Everyone must observe and maintain social distancing and remain 2 meters (6ft) away from people when possible.

Masks are recommended in indoor spaces. 

Only four customers are allowed in the store at one time and must move through the store in a clockwise fashion, upon entry and exit of the store we ask that each customer use the hand sanitizer station by the entrance.

We disinfect high-touch areas after each customer use and clean our store regularly.

 Restaurant Protocols & Policies

We are following all of the latest public health guidelines to ensure a comfortable and safe dining experience for our guests.

Please remain seated as much as possible, and refrain from visiting guests at other tables.  Do not approach the bar or kitchen to make an order, please remain seated and wait for your server.
