This was once the home of Blind Channel Resort’s founders, Edgar and Annemarie Richter. Edgar was a talented craftsman, and Annemarie a gifted artist. The house is a monument to their legacy, with their attention to detail evident throughout.

Rates 2023 – 2024
High Season (June 20 – September 19) $1100/night – $5500/week
Shoulder Season (May 1 – June 19 & September 20 – October 15) $795/night – $3975/week
Low Season (October 16 – April 30) $585/night – $2925/week
Pets are welcome for an additional $20/night per pet.
Rates are subject to 13% sales tax and $100 cleaning fee.
